    We give recommendations, evidence and estimates, not guaranteed sales, conversion or growth. Results depend on your store and what you implement. Delivery is 3 weeks (Independent) / 5 weeks (Growth) from the Start Date: the later of your deposit clearing and you giving us data access. We confirm the Start Date in writing.

    The audit is prepared by the Dan Group Growth Engine team using AI tools, then checked by a person before it reaches you. You receive it as a branded PDF report.

    No. Everything happens by email and you get a branded PDF report to read in your own time. If you'd like, there's an optional Q&A of up to 15 minutes.

    Delivery is 3 weeks (Independent) / 5 weeks (Growth) from the Start Date. The Start Date is the later of your deposit clearing and you giving us data access. We confirm it in writing.

    A named contact, read-only access or exports of your products and content, aggregated analytics reports (such as GA4), your current tools and subscriptions list, and the baseline figures you already track. For the Growth audit, also a redacted export of recent customer-service tickets.

    No. We work from public pages, read-only product and content access, and aggregated reports. We don't access order or customer records. Any personal data (e.g. in Growth ticket exports) is handled under a written data processing agreement, minimised and redacted first, and deleted at the end of the project.
